Watson technical training
In October, I traveled to Prague in the Czech Republic to help deliver IBM Watson technical training to IBM colleagues. We had a packed three day agenda covering topics such as Watson Health, Watson IOT, Watson Explorer, and more. The highlight of the trip for me was being able to listen to the Watson Lab Services team (based in Prague) discuss their research into Deep Learning. Very cool stuff!
I provided quite a few materials for this training event and wanted to share them with anyone that is interested. I was able to present the following materials and provide guidance to the class as they worked through some of my hands-on lab exercises. - IBM Watson Knowledge Studio – a presentation on how to create custom industry/domain models
- IBM Watson Tone Analyzer – perform an emotion & sentiment analysis on input text
- IBM Watson Natural Language Classifier – analyze input text and return an overall category for the contents
